Shaun is a certified Nutrition Specialist with a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science. She loves to cook, bake, and eat healthy. Her favorite foods include organic chicken, organic red snapper, sweet potatoes, and chicken breasts with organic fat. When it came to dieting, she was a strong believer in paleo and gluten free. She had been taking anti-inflammatory medication for years and was always on the lookout for alternative methods to healing her disease. Shaun’s biggest challenge in her life was the constant itching in her joints. It wasn’t until she started following a Paleo diet that she really began to feel better. The key to her long-term success was sticking with a healthy diet and exercise plan. Her doctors would tell her to eat as much red meat as she wanted, and to eat as many eggs each week. She would have long lists of food items to remove from her diet if she was having any trouble with gaining weight or detoxifying her body. She never allowed herself to go on an extreme diet in hopes of curing her disease, even though she often felt sick to her stomach when she did. She just wanted to feel well so she wouldn’t get sick as often.
What I have learned over the years is that you can be healthy by sticking to the right foods and the right amounts of them. You do not need to starve yourself to lose weight or to cleanse your body. In fact, you do not need to put anything in your body that will hurt it or destroy its ability to function properly. You do not need to use harsh chemicals or risky prescription drugs either. All you need is a healthy diet and an exercise plan. If you follow those two things, then you are on your way to living a longer and more productive life.
Sticking to a diet that is high in proteins and low in carbohydrates will help keep your body functioning properly. Carbohydrates are what give you energy, so you need to make sure you get plenty each day. Proteins are the building blocks of your muscles, so you should make sure you get plenty of those too.
